I was very pleased with everything. Samantha coordinated everything seamlessly for me, making the whole process easy. I was complimented several times on choosing such a beautiful home to honor my husband, fulfilling his final wishes. I was surprised with a goodie bag for the morning which I really appreciated because I am diabetic and eating was the last thing on my mind. I really loved the laminated obituary and calling cards. There are so many words to describe Pantalone Funeral Home but I’m going to choose AMAZING! From beginning to end Nat and Melanie made a very difficult and stressful time so easy. Planning a funeral is never an easy thing. Zoe assisted us with the things we needed to make choices for and let us know exactly what we needed. She was also the one to prepare my Gram for the viewing and I can’t even give her enough props for how BEAUTIFUL she made my Gram look. All of the staff were so kind and caring from those who parked the cars to those who manned the doors. They were always checking on us to see if we were okay or if we needed anything! They even provided us a bag of breakfast items to get us started on the morning of the funeral. Everything went seamlessly and that is exactly what I needed. Melanie is amazing and walks you through everything you need to do regarding death certificates and so on. Honestly I could go on and on. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You won’t be disappointed when choosing Pantalone Funeral Home!
